Shipping & Delivery Policy
DailySimplify sells digital products only — such as downloadable PDFs and guides. This policy explains how delivery works.
No physical shipping. All our products are digital and delivered electronically. Nothing is posted or couriered, so there are no shipping charges, shipping addresses, or delivery times for physical items.
1.How delivery works
After your payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay), your product is made available instantly:
- A download link is shown on the order confirmation page, and
- A confirmation email with the download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
In most cases delivery is immediate. During occasional technical delays, it may take a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive.
2.If you didn’t receive your product
If your payment was successful but you did not receive your download link or email:
- Please check your Spam / Promotions folder.
- Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- If you still can’t find it, email us at support@dailysimplify.in with your order ID, and we’ll re-send your product promptly.
3.Non-delivery & refunds
If a payment was deducted but the product was genuinely not delivered, you’re covered — see our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for how we resolve it.
