Cancellation & Refunds Policy
DailySimplify sells digital products (such as downloadable PDFs and guides) that are delivered electronically and instantly. Because of the nature of digital goods, this policy explains when sales are final and the specific situations in which a refund is available.

1.All sales are final
Our products are digital and are delivered instantly. Once a product has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be “returned” — so, as is standard for digital goods, all sales are final, except in the specific cases listed in Section 2 below.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for content you feel you “already knew,” or simply because a product did not meet personal expectations after it was delivered. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
2.When you are eligible for a refund
We will gladly resolve your issue — by re-delivery or refund — in any of these genuine cases:
- Payment deducted but product not delivered — money left your account but you did not receive the product or download link.
- Duplicate or double charge — you were charged more than once for the same order; we refund the extra amount.
- Corrupt or faulty file — the file does not open or is damaged. We will first send a working copy; if we cannot, we refund you.
- Wrong product delivered — you received a product materially different from what was described or purchased.
3.When refunds do not apply
To keep things fair for everyone, refunds are not available when:
- You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
- You feel the content was not useful to you, or you already knew it.
- You are unable to open a working file due to an issue with your own device or software, after we have provided support and a valid file.
- The request is made well beyond the reporting window in Section 4.
4.How to request a refund
If you believe you qualify under Section 2, email us at support@dailysimplify.in within 7 days of your purchase, with:
- Your order ID / payment reference
- The email used at purchase
- A short description of the issue (a screenshot helps, if relevant)
We review every request fairly and will respond within 24–48 hours.
5.Refund timeline
Once a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method via our payment gateway, Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
6.Order cancellation
Because digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled once placed. If a payment is stuck or pending and the product has not been delivered, contact us and we will either complete delivery or refund the amount.
